1\. Service

Spoolvid is a SaaS platform that generates short videos (voice, visuals, captions) from your prompts using **artificial intelligence**. Outputs are not guaranteed accurate, lawful, or free of third-party IP issues.

The Studio offers two production types:

* **Standard Video:** Scene images are generated by AI or taken from your uploads and assembled as a slideshow / moving-photo video. * **Plus Video:** Scene images are turned into real motion clips by AI. Plus Video is created only with **Plus Credits** and the Plus-pack entitlement shown on the site.

2\. Digital delivery (no physical goods)

Spoolvid sells **digital services only** — there is **no physical shipping**.

By completing checkout you agree that the digital service **starts immediately** upon payment confirmation, where permitted by law.

3\. Accounts, plans, and payment

* Sign-in via Google, Microsoft OAuth, and/or email + password (Privacy Policy). * **Time-limited Main packages (primary model):** Plans such as Basic Package, Starter (3 months), Pro (6 months), and Premium (1 year) are sold as **one-time charges** with **no automatic renewal**. **Standard Credits** are added at purchase; validity is shown on the site. After the period ends you may continue using remaining credits; renewing or changing your Main package is required for additional top-up packs. * **Standard Credits:** Quota from Main packages and Standard extra-credit packs. Spent only on **Standard Video**. * **Plus Credits:** A **separate** quota from Plus extra-credit packs. Spent only on **Plus Video**. Standard Credits and Plus Credits **do not mix**, are not converted into each other, and cannot be used for the other production type. * **Credit top-up packs:** Active Main-package holders may buy Standard extra-credit packs and/or Plus extra-credit packs. Current amounts and prices are shown at checkout. * **Subscriptions (if offered):** In some markets, recurring monthly or annual billing may be available; credits may reset monthly per plan. Unused credits may not roll over. * Prices are those displayed at checkout. * Payments processed via **iyzico** (Turkey, TRY) or the **authorized international payment provider** shown at checkout (USD / Merchant of Record). Card data is not stored on Spoolvid servers. * **Cancellation and refunds:** Subscription & Refund Policy (mandatory reading before purchase).

By completing checkout you agree that:

1. You have read the Terms and Refund Policy; 2. For digital service, **performance begins immediately** upon account activation / first use, where permitted by law you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge withdrawal limitations.

4\. Acceptable use

Illegal content, hate speech, rights violations, copyright infringement, harmful deepfakes, spam, or abusive automation are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended.

5\. Content and IP

You must have rights to uploaded inputs. Plan terms govern commercial use of outputs. Videos are produced as **Standard Video** or **Plus Video** according to your selection. Plus Video requires Plus Credits and the Plus-pack entitlement shown on the site (AI Services).

6\. AI transparency

Outputs are AI-generated. See AI Services. EU AI Act transparency obligations may apply from August 2026.

7\. Availability

Service may be interrupted for maintenance or third-party API outages. Goodwill credit adjustments may be offered via support.

8\. Limitation of liability

Service provided “as is”. Liability may be limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months where law allows; mandatory consumer rights preserved.

9\. Termination

You may close your account. Time-limited packages do not auto-renew. Subscription cancellation (if applicable) follows /legal/refund-en.

10\. Governing law

Turkish law applies to the provider; mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
