This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, and **money refunds** for Spoolvid **time-limited Main packages**, **Standard and Plus extra-credit packs**, and (where offered) **subscriptions**. How the digital service is delivered is set out in Digital Delivery. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

**Monthly subscription**	(If offered) Recurring billing each month
**Annual subscription**	(If offered) One upfront charge for 12 months; credits may reset monthly per plan
**Standard Credits**	Quota used only for **Standard Video**
**Plus Credits**	Separate quota used only for **Plus Video**; does not mix or convert with Standard Credits
**Payments**	Turkey: **iyzico** (TRY). International: **authorized payment provider** at checkout (USD; Merchant of Record)

The free tier is not subject to paid billing or refund rules below.

2. Pricing, delivery, and charges

Spoolvid is a **digital service** — we do not ship physical goods. After successful payment, credits and package access are delivered **instantly** (or within a few minutes) to your account at spoolvid.com.

• The amount shown at checkout is the **gross** charge to your card.
• **Time-limited Main packages:** Charged once; validity and **Standard Credits** are applied immediately. After the period ends you may continue using remaining credits; **top-up packs** (Standard or Plus) require renewing or changing your Main package.
• **Credit top-up packs:** Standard or Plus Credits are added instantly to the matching balance; refund rules in Section 5 apply. Balances are not transferred between types.
• **Subscriptions (if offered):** Renewal terms shown at checkout.

3. Service start and statutory rights (EU / UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the **European Union** or **United Kingdom**:

1. You may have a **14-day right of withdrawal** on distance contracts. 2. For **digital services supplied immediately**, that right may **not apply** once you expressly consent to immediate performance (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). 3. At checkout you confirm you have read our Terms and this policy and **agree that the service starts immediately**. 4. **Generating a video** constitutes commencement of the service.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

4. Cancellation

Time-limited packages do not auto-renew; cancellation only affects **future** purchases.

5. Refund policy (commercial goodwill)

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise:

### 5.1 Full refund (7 days, no usage)

Within **7 calendar days** of payment, if you have **not started or completed any video generation**, you may request a **full refund** (Main packages, Standard extra-credit packs, and Plus extra-credit packs included).

### 5.2 Partial refund or denial (service used)

If video generation was started or completed: refund may be **partial** (deducting infrastructure/API costs, processor fees, taxes) or **denied**, based on account logs and **Standard Credits** or **Plus Credits** consumed.

### 5.3 Time-limited packages — remaining period

Mid-period cancellation generally **does not** refund unused time; you may continue using remaining credits.

### 5.4 Credit top-up packs (Standard and Plus)

Unused Standard or Plus top-up credits within 7 days may qualify for a full refund; used credits follow Section 5.2. Converting one balance into the other is not a substitute for a refund.

### 5.5 How to request

Email: **[email protected]** — subject: “Refund request” Include: account email, payment date, plan/pack, receipt if available. Refunds to the **original payment method** when possible, typically within **14 business days**.
