1. Overview
Spoolvid generates short videos using **artificial intelligence** and related cloud services. Depending on your settings and plan, one or more of the providers below may process your prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs.
The Studio offers two production types:

Standard Credits and Plus Credits are not converted into each other. Amounts charged and pack contents are shown on the site at purchase and in the Studio.
**All AI-generated outputs** (script, images, voice, captions, social copy, motion clips) are machine-produced. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication.
2. Script and planning (required)

For trend research, your topic, language, platform, and optional priority keywords are sent to Google Gemini; Google Search results may be used.
4. Visuals — Standard Video (active)

5. Plus Video — motion (active)
For Plus Video, scene images and motion prompts are sent to **Kling AI** (Kuaishou) image-to-video. The default model family is Kling 2.5 / 3.0 (configuration-dependent). When Kling 3.0 is used, optional ambient/foley audio may also come from this provider.

Backup motion engines (e.g. other models via Replicate) may exist in infrastructure; the engine available to you is shown in the Studio.
Plus Video spends **Plus Credits** and requires the Plus-pack entitlement shown on the site.

7. Infrastructure and payments
- **Firebase** — authentication (Google / Microsoft OAuth; email-password — passwords stored encrypted in Firebase, not as plain text on Spoolvid servers)
- **FFmpeg** — server-side video assembly (open source)
- **iyzico** — Turkey (TRY) payments
- **Authorized international payment provider** — USD and other global payments (Merchant of Record shown at checkout; card data is not stored on Spoolvid servers)
8. Future or disabled modes (not currently in the UI)
The following may exist on the product roadmap or in technical infrastructure but are **not offered** today:

9. Your responsibilities
When using Spoolvid you agree that:
1. **You have rights** to any text, images, or other inputs you upload. 2. **You review outputs** before publishing or commercial use; Spoolvid does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or freedom from third-party IP claims. 3. **You comply with applicable law** and platform rules (copyright, publicity rights, defamation, consumer protection, advertising standards). 4. **You do not create** illegal content, hate speech, non-consensual deepfakes, or material that infringes others’ rights. 5. **You label AI content** where required — especially when sharing on social media or in the EU (see Section 10).
Spoolvid may suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
10. EU AI Act and transparency
For users in the **European Union** and other jurisdictions with AI transparency rules:
- Spoolvid outputs are **AI-generated** (or based on your uploads combined with AI processing), including Plus Video motion clips.
- Where required, we aim to provide clear disclosure in the product (e.g. on-screen labels such as “Created with AI”) and in exported videos when you enable disclosure settings.
- **Article 50** of the EU AI Act (transparency for certain AI-generated content) may apply from **August 2026**. We will update product disclosure and this page as requirements are finalized.
- When publishing externally, you should follow platform-specific rules (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) for labeling synthetic or AI-assisted media.

11. Data processing
Text, images, and (for Plus Video) motion prompts sent to the services above are processed under each provider’s privacy policy and our Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to Singapore, the US, and other countries.
